About The Therapy

Parenting therapy isn't about giving you a parenting style. It's about understanding the story you bring to the role โ€” the things you swore you'd never repeat, the patterns you're still figuring out, and the version of parent you want to grow into.

The work makes room for both the love and the difficulty. It honours how much you're already doing, and it doesn't pretend that wanting more for yourself takes anything away from your child.

Is this right for you?

  • You're a parent and you don't quite recognise yourself in the harder moments
  • You're working through patterns from your own upbringing
  • You're navigating a tough season โ€” toddlerhood, teen years, life transitions
  • You want to parent intentionally without losing yourself
  • You're co-parenting and want individual support around the dynamic

Frequently Asked Questions.

If yours isn't here, send a short note โ€” we'll get back to you within two business days.

Does my child need to come too? โŒ„
No. This is for the parent. Child therapy is a separate offering and not what we do here.
Will you tell me how to parent? โŒ„
No. We'll help you understand your own approach more clearly so you can choose what fits.
What if my co-parent and I disagree? โŒ„
You can come individually to work on your part. Joint co-parenting sessions are also available.
What ages do you work with parents of? โŒ„
Any age โ€” from infant through adult children. The conversations differ; the principles don't.
