Space for the things men aren't often given room to say โ anger, grief, identity, relationships, and what's underneath all of it. Therapy that doesn't ask you to perform vulnerability before you're ready.
Men often arrive in therapy late โ after the panic attack, the relationship breakdown, the loss, the burnout. The room isn't here to lecture you about feelings or hand you a model of masculinity. It's here to listen to what you've actually been carrying, in whatever language you bring it in.
The work is slower than most things in your week, on purpose. It doesn't try to engineer a different version of you. It pays attention to what's already there โ the things you've been managing alone โ and helps you make sense of them with someone who isn't going anywhere.
Paras Geramian, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). A relational practice working in Brampton and across Ontario โ drawing from psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and somatic traditions. The room is warm, honest, and unhurried, and the pace is yours.
