Our approach

At Say More Psychotherapy, we believe meaningful change begins when you feel safe enough to speak freely — and be heard fully. Our work is grounded in a relational, trauma-informed approach that centers empathy, cultural awareness, and deep respect for the complexity of your lived experience.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, life transitions, or the perinatal journey, we offer a space where you can say more — and feel more deeply understood. We are especially attuned to the experiences of immigrants, interracial couples, and those balancing Eastern and Western cultural values.

Our therapists draw from psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and somatic modalities to support deeper insight and mind-body integration. We work collaboratively, moving at your pace, to help you uncover the patterns that shape your life — and build greater clarity, connection, and emotional resilience.

This is a space to slow down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and begin the work of healing — on your terms.

Meet The Therapist

  • About Me:

Hello there! — My name is Paras, and I’m a registered psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I’m here to help you make sense of what feels heavy, unclear, or unspoken. Therapy with me is a collaborative process rooted in curiosity, trust, and the belief that meaningful change begins when we feel safe enough to say more. Whether you're facing anxiety, relationship struggles, past trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a compassionate space where your thoughts, feelings, and experiences are met with care and respect. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface and work toward greater clarity, connection, and healing — at your own pace.

  • My Journey:

My work is shaped not only by professional training, but by lived experience. As someone in an interracial marriage and who has experienced immigration firsthand, I understand the complexities of navigating multiple cultural identities. These experiences have deepened my commitment to providing culturally competent care that respects the balance between Eastern and Western values.

My journey to parenthood, including a unique perinatal experience, further expanded my understanding of identity, vulnerability, and transformation. It’s made me especially passionate about supporting others through life transitions — with care, curiosity, and compassion.

I strive to offer a space where your story is honored, your voice is heard, and your healing can begin.
